If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to be confident in your purchase and have peace of mind when shopping with us.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
- The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- All accessories and promotional items must be included.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving the return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
